Transport payments – Sparsholt Campus Stagecoach Passes

No refunds can be issued, including where a student passes their driving test in the academic
year and no longer wishes to travel on campus transport. Campus Bus/ Campus Direct Travel
credits or refunds are only issued where a student withdraws from College.

All students are required to organise payment of their travel before their travel pass can be released.

Payment options

2. Pay in instalments. This option allows you to split your payments for transport over the academic year.

A £80 immediate deposit is required followed by eight monthly card instalments. By setting up an instalment plan you are agreeing to payments being automatically collected from your payment card on the 1st of each month from October until the balance is cleared. (Your final payment will be adjusted where required)

Please note - Whilst payment is required to apply for a travel pass, this does not guarantee a space will be available on the bus. Should we not be able to accommodate your request any payments will be refunded.
